As an Organization Administrator why should we bring training into our organization?

Successfully building a program from takes a lot of time, consistency, setting of expectations, following through and many other components. Our training programs addresses these issues. That is why this approach is so unique and so important to the building of a successful organization.

As a coach, why should I encourage my organization to get all of its coaches trained?

Our years of experience in this field have helped us to create a coaches training program which allows coaches to develop processes and build a program.

As a Parent, why should I encourage my child’s athletic organization to get its coaches trained?

Would you send your kids to a doctor who has not had any training and been certified?  Would you send your kids to a school with non-certified teachers? Why is it that we turn our kids over to coaches to simply said they would coach? That is what we have done in this country for decades.  By training coaches, organizations are in a position to make sure your child is put in a postion to get the best possible experience.

How does this training benefit the coaches, the parents and the organization?

We spend the time, effort and money on youth sports for our kids.  We owe our kids an educated coach who is responsible for his or her actions.  Our coaches need effective training. Our families, especially the kids, deserve trained coaches. Please urge your child’s organization to act now.

Studies suggest that when a child quits a sport, there is less than a 5% chance her or she will go back to that sport. He or she may play other sports, but typically not that sport.
