Online Training Program Details

Coaching Coaches online training is a training program filled with teaching techniques and teaching strategies for working with kids from Kindergarten to 18 years old.  The program focuses on many strategies to help a coach and organization deliver the best possible youth experience for everyone involved. The online training program is designed to educate youth coaches and leaders well beyond the skills and drills of a given sport and give coaches and leaders the tools to help them create the best possible sporting experience for our kids, our families, our organizations and, of course, for our coaches!

The online training is delivered in ten online video sections.  Each sectIon averages 11 minutes. After each section, a coach or youth leader answers questions on the material they just learned prior to moving onto the next section.  A coach will have the flexibility to complete the training at his/her leisure.  Coaches also have access to the coaches' handbook which is used as part of the online training program. Finally, upon completion of the training program a coach will receive a certificate of completion.

By completing the online training a coach will have access to the Continuing Coaches' Education (CCE) portion of the website which offers several templates for coaches to use.

Additionally, Coaching Coaches, LLC recognizes that there are many organizations who not only aspire to provide athletic opportunities and other extracurricular activities for our children, but wish to do so in the context of Jesus Christ.  Introducing Christian values, regardless of the sport or activity, can enhance a child’s overall experience and at the same time continue to promote the values which are at the core of the organization.  In other words, Coaching Coaches strives to not only teach coaches and leaders to effectively work with our children, but it can do so in concert with your organization’s core Christian values.
