Coaching Coaches delivers youth coaches’ training programs for select and volunteer organizations in both online and lecture-based format (faith based & non-faith based available).  Both Coaching to Make a Positive Difference and Looking in the Mirror training programs can also be customized to meet the needs of your specific organization.

Online and In-Person Coaches Training Programs

Faith-Based

Coaching as a Youth Ministry is a priority for Coaching Coaches and we have developed a unique blend of Christianity, coaching strategies, and engagement which has resulted in the finest faith-based coaches’ training program available today. The training program provides faith-based coaches with the practical side of coaching children by addressing such subjects as:  coaches as teachers, yelling vs. teaching, effective communication, effective practice and game preparation, the benefits of a parent/player meeting, discipline issues and many more topics, under the umbrella of Christianity.  This training program will create the best possible sporting experience for our children.

If you choose the online program, there are many unique advantages.  The program is delivered in multiple sections to maximize the experience and keep the viewer engaged.  The coach can take the course at his/her convenience over a period of time and are quizzed after each section.  In addition, the coach can revisit any part of the training at any time to maximize knowledge retention even after completing the program. Finally, Coaching Coaches issues a Coach’s ID number and a certificate of completion for every coach who completes the online course. 

Non-Faith Based

Coaching Coaches also provides its highly effective coaches’ training in a secular format. In a dynamic and engaging training, coaches are introduced to the practical side of coaching children by addressing such subjects as: coaches as teachers, yelling vs. teaching, effective communication, effective practice and game preparation, the benefits of a parent/player meeting, discipline issues and many more topics. This secular training program will create the best possible sporting experience for our children.
